AMRViz enables seamless genomics analysis and visualization of antimicrobial resistance

AMRViz is a toolkit for analyzing, visualizing, and managing bacterial genomics samples. It provides a comprehensive analysis of raw sequencing data, including genome structure, annotations, antibiotic resistance, and virulence profiles. The toolkit also generates phylogenies and generates a web-based visualization dashboard for interactive examination.
