Objective
The AMR Engagement Group (AEG) raises awareness among children and their caregivers about antimicrobial resistance (AMR), helping to:
- Reduce resistant infections in children
- Limit the spread of resistance
- Increase awareness of the AMR issue
Partners
The AEG originates from the Pennsylvania Consortium for Antimicrobial Stewardship (PCAS), founded in 2015. PCAS joined AMR Insights in 2021.
Planning
Launched in 2020 and ongoing.
Achievements
The AMR Engagement Group is in the process of expanding its efforts.
