Post-treatment photodegradable antibiotics
A novel chemical scaffold that is built into the molecular structure of an antibiotic and allows it to degrade with light, avoiding the spreading of active antibiotics in nature through mainly waste water and animal fertilizers.
Same effect as the currently known antibiotics, but contributing to reduce AMR. Possibility for new antibody structures.
